This is a 2+ year old straight bourbon single barrel release features a four grain mash bill of California corn, CalRose rice, California rye and barley. Aged in Independent Stave Cooper Select toasted barrels with char 3 that create a nose of butterscotch and baking spices. The palette is full of cherries and sweet notes and finishes long. Aged no less than 2 years. Dry, wide temperature cycling environment allows this two-year old whiskey to taste much older.
